Join an International Company as the Marketing Team Manager in Japan.
As a Marketing Team Manager, you will:
■ Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the whole team
■ Clearly define and execute the strategy for Japan, especially in marketing and sales
■ Manage the marketing budget and work closely with the headquarters
■ Manage 3~4 staff focused on media strategy
【Main Qualifications】
■ 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR, sales, or new business development
■ Can clearly communicate in Japanese/English, both internally and externally
■ Ability to maintain, develop, and strengthen customer relationships in a strategic partnership
■ Experience using BI tools and/or marketing analytics
A plus if you have:
■ A background in financial services and/or insurance industry
