Join a Global Company as an IT Engineer in Japan.
■ As an IT Engineer, you will:
- Take the lead in access management (passwords, logins, emails, etc.) in compliance with security policies
- Troubleshoot general software and hardware issues
- Manage physical setup of desktops and other applicable devices, along with maintaining IT asset inventory
- Communicate with headquarters for compliance with group initiatives/coordinate with global teams as applicable
- Conduct project planning and coordination for migration/decommission work (such as Cloud migration, system upgrade, etc.)
Main Requirements:
■ 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or System Administration
■ Can clearly communicate in Japanese/English, both internally and externally
■ Filing/solving/escalation of request/incident tickets as applicable
■ Understand security practices
A plus if you have:
■ ITIL and other certs
■ Experience in using/implementing/migrating to cloud services
