Main Responsibilities:
Establish system requirements based on information acquired from end-users and category specialists
Create documentation, reports, and regular status updates
Communicate with stakeholders and transfer the information to developers and IT team
Participate in the testing and implementation/roll out of system/product

Required Skills and Personal Traits:
Experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst, IT Consultant, or IT Project Manager
Sound knowledge of Agile methodology and BABOK
Business level JP and EN
Experience in banking or insurance sector a plus
