A leading global company has a challenging opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated, IT-savvy Business professional with strong knowledge of insurance workflows and experience spanning Business and Systems Analysis, Process Improvement and Re-engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze Business Processes of the company for structural changes & innovations
Create documentation, reports, and regular status updates
Communicate with stakeholders and transfer the information to developers and IT team
Participate in the testing and implementation/roll out of system/product
Required Skills and Personal Traits:
Experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst, IT Consultant, or IT Project Manager
Sound knowledge of Agile methodology and BABOK
Business level English and Fluent Japanese
Experience in banking or insurance sector a plus
