Transformation Lead and Service Engineer
The Position
■ Take your chance to join a major Financial Institution to be hands on the core systems of the company whilst also playing a key role in the corporate's future plans
■ Work hand-in-hand with the senior managers to run a major transformation project that goes across the entire corporation globally
■ Use your strong development background to transform, build and maintain core processes and improve software solutions.
■ Automate processes and solve real business issues in real-time with your business knowledge in the Finance Industry
■ You are passionate to get out the best for yourself and your company communicating with different teams and senior managers
■ Have the opportunity to become the team lead of 50+ people reporting directly to the head of the entire division
Requirements
■ 5+ years of strong development on large scale software applications
■ Any language ok - Java, C#, C/C++, Go-lang, Python etc.
■ 3+ years working in Finance companies with focus on Front Office applications
■ Passion to work with business users to provide best practice solutions and software
■ Passion to take responsibility and bring yourself and the company to the next level
■ Japanese Business Level or higher preferred
