Our client is a leading international payments company with offices around the world. They partner with various clients in industries such as e-commerce, retail, food companies and more to allow them to use their payment solution.
Currently they are looking for a mid level Project Manager with 3 - 7 years of experience leading projects in Japanese and ideally Chinese. In this position you will:
■ Manage the implementation of the companies payment solution to new clients from PoC stage.
■ After implementation is complete. Provide support to the clients
■ Work closely with the sales team and join meetings with potential new clients to explain the product and implementation process.
■ Manage the scope and time line for projects. Ensure delivery meets expectations/
■ Proactive management of issues and risks pertaining to the project with appropriate escalation where required.
■ Analyze and revise current technology process and procedure for service delivery to include change, release, configuration, incident and problem management.
■ Support internal infrastructure and Improve the procedures of tasks.
■ Mentor junior members

■ Native or Fluent (JLPT N1) Japanese ability

■ 3+ years of experience working as a client facing PM. (Basic to intermediate technical understanding is ok for this position)
■ Client facing project management related experience
