Responsibilities
Be responsible for full lifecycle Project Manager for implementation of Software Products for world leading companies
Be involved from pre-sales faze to help win clients and create the statement of work.
Create/Review project scope, schedule, delivery plan; validate any requirements, identify project dependence, risk and take responsibility for making sure all deadlines are met.
Act as a team lead/coach to help guide other team members at the client side to successfully implement the software product.

Skill:
Native or fully fluent Japanese & Business Level English
6 - 15+ years of either internal or client facing Project Management experience with SAP, ERP, Supply chain management software or other complex software related implementation projects
Strong understanding of Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) and are well experienced leading various software projects as a Project Manager.
Strong communication skills as you represent the company.
Ability to manage 2+ projects at a time.
