In this role you will be responsible for:
Processing support requests from prospects and customers via email ticketing system
Providing tech support via email and, in some cases, online meetings
Reproducing technical issues
Developing and providing solutions for smaller issues or passing on requests to the development team for further debugging
You will work in an international team and work closely with the European report line and team members in Europe, APAC and America.

Native or Fluent Japanese ability and business level English
Basic programming skills in scripting languages and
You are well organized and solution oriented
You have good written and verbal communication skills (customer-facing and internally)
Good to have: C++ or Java experience
