IT Services Engineer
Job Description
■ A major Financial Firm is looking for you to join their IT Services team for its research applications
■ Have the opportunity to monitor the IT systems and be the first contact in case of system issues.
■ Handle clients inquiries appropriately and work closely with other teams in Japan and overseas to exceed the client's expectations.
■ Proactively engage to improve processes and think out of the box to keep high standard in services
Required Skills
■ 3+ years in Service Engineering and Application support
■ Fluent in Japanese, business level English
■ Familiar with tracking systems like ServiceNow
■ Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows
■ Familiar with MS office
Preferrable:
■ VBA and scripting
