■ As an HR Business Partner , you will:
-evaluate compensation and benefits data within defined strategy
-support in reviewing the salary structure, revising the job grade system, etc.
-work on designing employment packages
-analyze and modify the performance management process
-research and make decisions on what to recommend for improvement
-support in policy implementation and other HR functions
-work with the finance team and other teams as necessary
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
■ Fluent communication skills in Japanese, English communication skills a plus
■ HRBP, HR Strategy, or HR Analyst experience
■ Advanced computer skills
■ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
■ Integrity and high sense of ethics
Preferred:
■ Organized, reliable, and can work under pressure
■ Positive, assertive, and focused on execution and results
