■ Think-Ant environment (Windows Visual Desktop, virtual environment using Citrix products). Experience in the construction and operation of

■ Experience in building and operating contact center infrastructures (voice infrastructures using Avaya products)
■ internal voice infrastructures, version upgrade support, and telework support.

■ Experience in building and operating systems at a life insurance company or financial institution is a plus
