■ Be involved in the continuous improvement of internal systems and external services
■ Deliver Desktop Support Services that meets installation, operation, maintenance, and security needs of the organization
■ Be part of the construction and improvement of contact center infrastructure
■ Install and maintain systems for business operations, such as client environments and communication tools
■ Grow with the company and have a feeling of accomplishment for being part of a unique team

​Main Qualifications:

■ Native-level 日本語

■ Someone who has clear goals on what they would like to achieve and are actively pursuing new learnings
■ Clear communication skills
■ Have any or all of the following experiences:

- setup of PCs or workstations

- setup of smartphones/iPads for employees

- setup of Office365, MDM, virtual environments, etc.

- in-house or third-party voice platforms, etc.

Welcome experience:
■ Experience in managing thousands of workstations
