■ You will have about 3-5 years' experience in direct sales or retargeting products
■ Whilst experience in e-commerce industry is preferred, they are open to candidates from other industries as well.
■ Fluent Japanese (at least N1) and Business level English
■ Strong willingness to improve and develop the business
